We offer creative, value-added financing solutions, including Debtor Funding Loan (DFL) and cash flow loans, to maximize liquidity support for borrowers that are looking beyond traditional sources of capital.

Our primary focus is on companies in traditional industries that display balance sheet stability and capacity, in keeping with our DFL-centric business model. We principally lend to companies requiring liquidity to support business transitions, including turnarounds, restructurings, acquisitions and changes in ownership or control.

Our product offering includes capital-based revolving credit facilities and senior secured, cash flow and asset-based term loans, and we actively engage in special situations in the form of bridge loans, rescue financing, secondaries, portfolio acquisitions, debtor-in-possession (DIP) financings, liquidity relief loans and structured loans.

Global Finance Limited. launched in September 2020 with more than USD $1.3 Billion of committed seed capital and we look forward to raising leverage and additional third-party capital as we execute our strategy and build our portfolio.
